Plats

Plats of KPVillas were provided courtesy of St. Joseph County (SJC) Planner Shawn Klein. He writes, "Section Four created a single lot at the corner of Adams Road and Gumwood Road and dedicated some additional street right-of-way. Additionally, there was a replat in 1987 which adjusted the shared lot line between lots."
