Send Proxy for 2026 Annual Meeting

If you are not attending the 2026 Annual Meeting on Sept. 15, please return the Proxy Form sent by President Sandy S. in her Sept. 7 email. She writes:

Only turn in this proxy form if you are not going to be at the meeting. However, if you turn in this form and are then able to attend in person your Proxy will be voided.

Please give this form to your area liaison or to a current KPVA Board member (see https://knollwoodparkvillas.org/Contacts.html) on or before the beginning of the meeting.

* We will be giving an update regarding future projects that will need to be done to maintain, update & improve the neighborhood. You won't want to miss this so please plan on attending! 

Your proxy counts toward the quorum, which allows the Association to hold its Annual Meeting. Two items requiring a vote will be elections of Board members and approval of the 2026-2027 Budget.
