Plats

KPVillas subdivision plats are below, courtesy of Shawn Klein, AICP Planner for St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, Planning & Growth.  He writes, "It turns out that there is also a “Section Four”, which created a single lot at the corner of Adams Road and Gumwood Road and dedicated some additional street right-of-way. Additionally, there was a replat in 1987 which adjusted the shared lot line between lots."
