To eliminate further the invasive plants around the KPVA retention pond, the association's landscaping contractor cleared unwanted trees, plants, and debris from the northwest (NW) corner.

An assessment by invasive species specialists indicates the northwest corner of the pond had issues with Asian Bush Honeysuckle, Callery Pear, White Mulberry, and other invasives.
