Use Adams Exit During Road Sealing

When Asphalt Street Restorations seals road cracks in the last week of October, 2025, homeowners and their visitors will need to exit and enter KPVillas through the back gate on Adams Road for part or most of that day.

Homeowners will need to enter and exit KPVillas at the Adams Rd. gate when road cracks are being sealed in late October 2025.

KPVA President Sandy S writes in an October 16 email, "This project is expected to take 2-3 days to complete. ARS said that we will receive a notice two days ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. I will send out further information to everyone in the very near future."
