Turn on Water By May 1

Gary Boyer asks everyone to turn on your water by May 1 so he can get your sprinklers activated for the season.  Gary provides assistance with irrigation systems, maintenance and replacement of villa lamp posts, and maintenance and replacement of villa mailbox posts.
