Roads Sealed for Winter

As part of regular maintentance, the KPVA roads were sealed the first week in November.

The fresh tar fills cracks that otherwise would have filled with water, resulting in a freeze/thaw cycle that further opens up asphalt cracks. The County-maintained roads in adjacent neighborhoods suggest what would happen to KPVA roads without the seal.
