Road Closure For Curb Replacement

Replacement of select sections of concrete curbing will commence either April 6-7 or the following week (April 10-14) by Five-Star Construction, weather permitting. The six locations are numbered 1 through 6 on the map, with the expenditure proposed and approved at the 2022 Annual Meeting.

Jim Johnson writes, "Barricades will be placed at appropriate locations. Location 3 will require the closure of the north section of Huntington Lane (at the t-intersection of Huntington and Kings Crossing), so the north service gate to Adams Road will have to be used until the concrete sets up at Location 3. Location 4 may affect private drive access to Lot 13, and Locations 5 and 6 may affect access to private drives for Lots 8 and 9."
