New Well Coming

Mauer Well Service will be drilling a new well on the Huntington Lane island to service the common area. Utility crews have been marking the area to confirm there are no digging hazards at the site.

At the 2024 Annual Meeting, the Board presented information on the irrigation shortcomings of common areas. Knollwood Country Club (KCC) was no longer providing water which KPVA had purchased annually, and KCC was not cooperative moving forward. Homeowners approved the new budget presented by the KPVA Treasurer, which allotted funding for a first well to be dug.

KPVA President Loretta noted that the Huntington Lane island was in the most distress from the disruption, so it was selected as the first irrigation site to be improved.
