New ACC Chair

"Welcome, Paul M, to our KPVA team," writes President Sandy S. in a January 4 email to all homeowners. "Paul  joined our team as the new Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Chairman in November 2025. Some of us are gearing up for Spring projects that will need to be approved. As a gentle reminder, the paperwork that needs to be filled out and submitted for approvals is located on our website at knollwoodparkvillas.org."

In attaching the Exterior Modification Request linked from the KPVA Maintenance page, Paul wrote,

"Changes to the exterior of your villa this spring/summer/fall require completing the Exterior Modification Request. This form must be completed and submitted for KPV Board approval before the starting date of the project (this form does not have to be completed for the staining of your villa every 6 years or for any interior renovations).

Several typical outside projects are listed on this form and the completed form can be returned to me either as (1) a pdf attachment to an email, (2) mailed via US Postal Service or (3) put in my paper box (please – do not put it in my mailbox). Upon authorizing board signatures and approval date I will return a copy of the signed form to you. If you wish to discuss your project before completing this form, feel free to contact me.
