Found: Key Ring

A homeowner reports:
Two ladies stopped me as I was walking in the neighborhood as they found a key ring.
They put them over the mailbox at 5XXXX Kings Crossing. They are a green key chain with a Jeep key and a I love my Dog tag with a gas tag on it....
