Annual Meeting on September 9

Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, at Knollwood Country Club is the 2025 KPVA Annual Meeting. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the meeting starting promptly at 7:00 p.m. To follow along with the discussion about financial issues, homeowners should print and bring a copy of the documents that KPVA President Loretta will send shortly before the meeting, as there will be a limited number of printed copies on site.

In a July 14 email, KPVA President Loretta wrote about openings on the Board:

I wanted to remind everyone that my term on the HOA Board expires on 9/30/25 and I will be transitioning off the Board. This will leave an opening on the Board for anyone who might be interested in joining.  If you have an interest in joining the Board, please let me or someone on the Board know.  The vote for the new Board member will occur at the Annual Meeting.
