KPVillas has six landscaped islands and the front entrance that require a sustained source of water.  In recent years the water was purchased from KCC, but in 2024 the golf course retreated from providing it as their need for irrigation repairs mount.  The HOA must discern whether to drill its own wells for long term viability or to reach a new agreement with KCC so repairs can be made and the supply resumed.
