County Pond (2015)

The SJC Gumwood Road Expansion Retention Pond was built when the County expanded Gumwood Rd. from a two-lane road to a thoroughfare with sewers. The SJC retention pond receives both Gumwood Rd. runoff and the storm water from KPVillas via the KPVA retention pond.
