The KPVA Solar Report is an informational document about solar panels and issues requested by the KPVA Board at the 2021 Annual Meeting.  Included are a description of the existing Official Rule-Solar Panels; the Bylaws giving the Board authority to revise the Rule; an introduction to solar energy systems; the process of purchasing; net metering; returns on investment; the impact of solar panels on home values; appearance considerations and alternative panel types; and Board responsibilities.
